Whats the best way to contact you?
We find the best way is to email us, we answer our emails very quickly, if you do call the store you may get an answerphone message as we dont disrupt our brides if we are doing a fitting, however we do aim to call you back in 2 working hours. For emails just use our Contact Us

Can I visit you?
We have shops in Walton-on-Thames Surrey, and Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey. However, some products are exclusive to our online shop and are not available at our stores, Please use our Contact Us before making a special journey. Also be aware that prices will vary from on-line to store.

Do i need an appointment?
You are very welcome to pop in any time, however to try gowns on we do ask you to book an appointment as trust us trying on just a couple of gowns will not be enough to find your perfect wedding gown! If you want to look at accessories then pop in any time (check store opening hours on the footer of each page)

Remember that both stores have different gowns between them & accessories can vary, if you are after a particular item then please use our Contact Us before making a special journey. Also be aware that prices will vary from on-line to store.


Can I have my goods delivered to another address from my billing address?
Yes, just follow through to checkout where you will find a 'Special instructions' box, just pop your details in here and any request you have

My order failed to go through, what can i do?
From time to time internet servers can fail, this is normally on the secure payment page or sometimes linked to delay in putting your details in or by using the back button, which means you don’t come back to our website and the transaction is incomplete. If you have a failed attempt, Please use our Contact Us with the date and time you tried, and we can check that payment has gone through. If not we can process manually do it for you.

I have just ordered and monies have been taken already from my account before I have received my order – why??
Love Me Do Brides prides it self with providing secure payment protection for its customers. Ordering on-line is the opposite & traditional way from ordering in store. When you fill in the payment section you are authorising your bank/card to send us the money. This way we have no access to your card details or anyone else. .

I have now ordered, when will i get delivery
We aim to deliver all of our standard goods as soon as possible and normally within 3-5 working days if your item is in stock, although this can vary during national holiday’s. If your item is not in stock or there is a delay we will let you know, if you wish to find out delivery before ordering, Please use our Contact Us page for any questions you may have.

I missed the delivery of my order?
All our items are sent by a recorded system, unless you are there to sign for them your goods will be help at a local depot for your collection, a card is normally left. If you have not picked up your item within a certain time they will be re-routed back to us, this can take up to 2 weeks from the holding time. Please use our Contact Us page for any questions you may have.

How will you send my order?
All orders are sent by registered post.

I'm not sure what I need, can you offer advice?
Yes of course. Please use our Contact Us page for any questions you may have and we will be happy to offer you our expert advice.

Can I get a catalogue?
As products come in and go out on a daily basis its not possible to keep an catalogue. However, all of our products are available for you to view on this website, as we update daily.

I live abroad - can you export goods to me?
Yes, Love Me Do Brides delivers worldwide.

The conversion is not at today's rate, how can i be sure i am paying the correct amount?
At the top right hand side of the homepage you will see a currency converter, just choose the one that suits, as rates change daily your card will automatically convert to the right amount on the day of purchase, so prices are guidance only if buying abroad

Can I send my order back?
Yes, you have 60 days from receipt to return the item, 7 days for sale items, please note some items are exempt from returns, such as lingerie, some jewellery & bespoke items, dyed shoes & Joyce Jackson veils if you are unsure please Please use our Contact Us page for any questions you may have.

Where do i send my order back for refund?
Please send them back to Love Me Do Brides, 15 Park Road, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Surrey. KT2 6BX. You can of course bring them into store yourself (please note refund is done on-line and not instore, as this is the way you have paid).
It is helpful if you pop a note or a copy of your order inside the box so we can identify the return order. Please use our Contact Us page for any questions you may have.


When will I get my refund?
As soon as we have your item back we process the refund that day, however because of the set up on on-line shopping it is your card that collect funds from our account which can take up to 30 days to show. If for some reason you have not received your refund, please email us.

I have not received my refund - why?
It maybe as simple as that we have not received your item, or that the item was late coming back to us, or the parcel was delivered but no details of the owner was found. Please email us with your order number and a recorded delivery number and we will check the status and come back to you. Please use our Contact Us page for any questions you may have.

I have called the store but they said to email - why?
To keep costs as competitive as we are doing, our internet department is run separate to our stores, they will of course help all they can, however some things they can't help with, however we do answer emails very quickly and sometimes after the stores have closed.
