Returns policy applicable for items bought online where items have not been seen in person before purchase. If you have bought in the boutique please refer to your t&c's when your order was placed.
14 days to return if not suitable, the item needs to be with us within 14 days from when you received the item.
Please notify us that you are returning the item so we can check that the item is returnable to save you cost on recollecting it.
Items must be returned in original packaging and not used.
Postage not refunded.
2.5% will be deducted for card processing charges if item is returned, so we are not out pocket, this works out at 25p per £10 spent.
We refund on the day we receive the item, we use stripe to safeguard your card details from fraud so they take from our account the same day, do their checks and then to you, it can take 2-10 working days to show your side although this is rare
Lingerie & Items that have been made for you such as wedding gowns, bridesmaids gowns, dyed shoes, storage boxes & veils are not returnable.
If item has arrived damaged please email with photos for assessment we will send you a return paid postage if we are at fault.
When ordering wedding gowns, bridesmaids gowns please make sure you have submitted your measurements for us to check that you have ordered the correct size & advise accordingly, you can not return or exchange for another size once the gowns go into production.
When having shoes dyed before you have tried on, please make sure you have the correct size, once they are dyed they are non returnable.
Each item returned will have a shipping charge of £6.95 deducted to cover costs.
